BuildIt is a remote MCP server (streamable HTTP, stateless). Endpoint https://buildit.kindellstudios.com/mcp. All tools return Markdown for chat and full JSON in structuredContent.

Tools

Tool	Type	Purpose
`specify_job`	read-only	A described problem → candidate causes, the questions that tell them apart, what to photograph, what drives the price, and safety red flags. Call again with answers to narrow it.
`create_job_sheet`	write	A specification → a shareable page the homeowner hands to any builder: what is known, what was ruled out and why, what is still open, and how to read the quotes. No personal details on it.
`analyse_design`	read-only	Image (base64 / https URL) or text → `DesignBrief` with per-field confidence, ordered clarification questions, 24 h `draft_id`, photo upload link.
`list_partners`	read-only	Enabled partners (alphabetical), how each works, disclosures, and the versioned consent text (current: `2026-09-04.1`).
`create_quote_request`	write	Requires `consent.accepted=true` with matching version and partner list. Submits or builds hand-off links; returns tracking URL and matched trades.
`get_quote_request`	read-only	Per-partner status, trades, links.

Hand-off links

All outbound links are https://buildit.kindellstudios.com/go/… on our domain, HMAC-signed, and logged (partner id, request id, hashed target). Affiliate relationships are disclosed inline.

Data

Images and requests are kept 90 days; contact details are AES-GCM encrypted at rest; only the outward postcode is stored in clear. Users can delete everything from their tracking page. See privacy.
